Make work to frame for your wall, or a personalized set of greeting cards.

Save your spot
Create your own fantastic greeting card by collaging together existing photographic images and other materials. Bring your own images to montage, or use ours: original prints, photocopies, magazine or newspaper clippings, old photographs found in bottom drawers, or junk shops. Deckle edge creation, craft knife manipulation, and adhesive film techniques will be demonstrated, while keeping an eye on key elements of design.
The Geometric Jewelry Class, taught by Jenna, was phenomenal. Not only did Jenna cater to each person’s individual skill set, each of us walked away with a piece of jewelry that we designed ourselves from scratch. Mine looks store-bought, and I’m especially impressed by that because I don’t consider myself “crafty” or “artistic.” I wear it often, and it’s one of my favorite pieces. I look forward to taking more adult classes at the Brooklyn Art Hive!–Tina A.
