Class description: In this two day workshop, students will learn about the history of skateboarding and skateboard fabrication. Participants will begin by choosing from a variety of custom skateboard shapes or making their own and then concepting a design to be applied to the bottom.  Based on their chosen shape, the boards will be cut and drilled overnight to be decorated on day two. Cost of class includes skateboard deck, grip tape, and hardware. Open to K-5, but recommended for 2nd-5th. Instruction level adjusted to accomodate participating ages.
